In 2022, we set out to create even more value for our customers. When looking back at what we accomplished, we are proud to share the ways in which our commitment to our customers shined through:
We want our merchants to succeed. That's why we launched a series on the fundamentals of consuming financing — with topics ranging from the difference between hard vs. soft credit checks to the cost of deferred-interest loans to the best ways to talk to customers about pay-over-time options.
We are expanding this series in 2023 so stay tuned for more helpful articles.
To help our merchants talk to customers about financing, we launched the Merchant Marketplace last May, where we made a variety of marketing materials — from window decals to one-pagers — available for free. And in just 8 months, we supported thousands of businesses with collateral that made it easy for them to explain their payment options to customers.
We are always looking for ways to expand what we offer, so don’t hesitate to reach out with your suggestions.
Our #Wisepack grew to 128 people with new faces across all teams, from Product and Engineering to Customer Experience.
Our head count today is more than 2.5x the number it was at the end of 2021. That’s 78 additional people there to help our customers, including the merchants who offer us and the consumers who use us.
We built a Help Center with dozens of articles to ensure our customers can get immediate answers to their questions. They can troubleshoot on their own or contact our Customer Support team — now with expanded hours.
Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm ET and Saturday from 9am to 6pm ET to respond to your questions or any issues that arise quickly and effectively.

Our mission is to build financial products that do right by people, which is why over 85% of customers rate us a 9 or 10 out of 10. And in 2023, we will continue to invest in our people and our technology to continue to do just that.
